What experience do you have?
In order to practice as a Psychologist holding General Registration I have undertaken significant education, and workplace training. Over the past four year course of my registration I have completed 3000+ hours of supervised practice, working with a broad range of clientele. I have particular counselling experience working within drug and alcohol rehabilitations, community health care settings, gambling support, and delivery of services within mental health hospitals. I have experience working with people of all ages.

-
There are concerns about your immediate safety or the safety of others
-
Your information is subpoenaed by a court of law
-
There is a legal obligation to do so, i.e. you disclose information regarding involvement or knowledge of a criminal offense/police investigation that has not been brought to the attention of the police.
How do I know that Harbour Health Psychology and Clinical Services is the right for me?
Understandably starting out counselling with a new psychologist can be daunting, and it takes time to feel comfortable. I appreciate the openness that clients bring when they start counselling for the first time. However, it may very well be that I am not the right counsellor for you and I am happy to support you to consider alternative options for treatment. I hope the counselling space is open to feedback, suggestions and development as a team right from the first session.
