We all may need help from time to time. Life challenges, with work stress, marriage & relationship pressures, life traumas and concerns in Depression, Anxiety and Stress can all become overwhelming. Using evidence based treatments in CBT, ACT, Schema therapy, Solutions focused therapies, and supportive counselling techniques, our psychologist is focused to provide a high standard of psychological care. Our goal is to provide treatment targeted to your unique needs. We will work with you to understand your difficulties and then give you practical, science-based strategies and skills to overcome them. Our Shellharbour office is a private and confidential space, offering you a opportunity to attend and engage in psychological supports in a comfortable environment. Located in Shellharbour Village NSW, close to Shellharbour CBD, Wollongong and Illawarra regions, we support clients from all across this beautiful coastal city. We aim to provide timely effective treatment with appointment available now for Psychological support.

Medicare + Gap

Have you seen your GP and been referred to a Psychologist? Rhyle offers psychological supports with the use of a GP referral.

This will allow you to access a portion of your fees back as a Medicare rebate.

Private Clients

In addition to Medicare, you are welcome to attend privately. This will result in full fee paying supports.

Private paying clients, may use private health insurance if eligible.

WorkCover, NDIS, DVA

Are you currently injured through a workplace injury? You may be referred for psychological support. Rhyle is a registered WorkCover NSW, SIRA Provider.

Additional Rhyle provides DVA/ Open Arms support services for Veterans and family members.
